Jokers on Ryrie is an iconic bistro in Geelong, originally opening in July 1849 as the Prince of Wales. We are one of three hotels in the Geelong area to be still be in its original location.

Located in the heart of the Geelong CBD, we are easy to find. Our bistro is within easy walking distance of the major shopping precinct and cinemas, and approximately 15 minutes walk from Geelong Railway station and the newly renovated Arts Precinct, which includes the Geelong Performing Arts Centre and Geelong Library.

On street parking is available, also within a short walking distance.

Jokers on Ryrie is also part of the Geelong historic walking tour, which will take you past many other buildings dating back to the Gold Rush Age and early wool settlement of the area.
